Credit Repair Program!
If you have sufficient income, length of time on your current job, length of time at your current residence or a good down payment you may qualify for our credit repair program. In this program we can sometimes pay off your back bills so that your credit is cleaned up. We may be able to include this amount in your mobile home payment. It might raise your payment by $50 but so what, your back bills and collections will be paid off so that when you move into the home you’re up to date on your bills and your credit is cleaned up. Sometimes we will have to get you a separate second loan to pay off your collections. You will then need to stay on time with your payments for 24 months, don’t run up credit cards, and don’t change jobs. You will need someone to guarantee your mobile home loan or repair loan to get into this program. After 24 months we can usually refinance the original loan with another bank and take your temporary signor’s name off of the loan.
First Time Home Buyers Program!
As a first time home buyer you may qualify for a reduction in lot rent. The reduction can be for as much as $50 per month for up to two years.
Customer Referral Program!
Referring customers to us saves us tremendous amounts of money in advertising costs. When you refer a customer to us we can pass these cost savings back to you in the form of a customer referral fee. This fee normally runs about $250. Refer someone to us who wants to buy or sell a mobile home and we will gladly pay you a referral fee when we sell the home. Refer a reposed home to us before the bank publishes it or before we are aware of it and we will double the referral fee to $500 when we sell the home.
We’ll sell your home at no commission to you.
Most times we can list and sell your home at no commission to you as long as your asking price is at or near the NADA wholesale price. We will then professionally sell it to pre-qualified buyers at the NADA retail price and arrange financing our credit qualified buyers.
