Liability Corporation domiciled in the state of Pennsylvania. The company was
formed in August 2003 in Maryland and incorporated as Affordable To Lifetime
Homes of Maryland LLC in December 2003. The firm began operations in Maryland
in order to honor a non-compete clause signed in Pennsylvania by its founding
members. In 2005 the firm began
shutting down in Maryland and opening operations in Pennsylvania. In 2006 the
company domesticated to Pennsylvania as Affordable to Lifetime Homes.

The firm sells company owned pre-owned and
new manufactured homes that are setup and displayed for sale in hundreds of
different manufactured home communities in central Pennsylvania. These homes
are generally more affordable than traditional homes.
The firm also sells pre-owned mobile homes
for existing mobile home owners. Most of these owners have difficulty selling
their homes due to limited financing options and few specialized resellers.
Some of these mobile home owners want to buy a new “stick built” home or a new
manufactured home on its own land. Our firm also offers these mobile home
owners’ the ability to “trade in their existing home” for a new home without
having to sell their existing home first.
The firm will actively began offering “new construction modular homes” on private
land in 2008. Consequently the firm maintains working relationships with banks,
mobile home communities, and manufacturers of both mobile and modular homes.

Affordable to Lifetime Homes sells entry
level pre owned manufactured homes that require a minimal down payment and
provide a very affordable monthly payment. Payments start as low as $295 per
month.
As our customers housing needs change,
Affordable to Lifetime Homes provides our customers with a convenient way to
upgrade their homes by trading them in. Payments currently go as high as $1250
per month for a new construction “modular” home on private land. Although some
of our customers come from the other extreme in that they are “downsizing” to a
new manufactured home, most of our customers are upgrading to a new
manufactured home.
There are currently 53,000 existing mobile
home owners in our central Pennsylvania ten county market (Adams, Berks,
Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lebanon, Lancaster, Perry, Schuylkill and York county).
We also provide for incidental sales anywhere in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. All of these owners will be offered the
ability to “trade up”. For those that just want to sell their existing home, we
will offer most of them selling services “At No Commission Charge”. Manufactured home owners who want to sell
their manufactured homes have a very limited number of specialized resellers in
any market. Financing options for their potential buyers are also limited and
